OUR LOCATION
Our olive trees are located in the heart of the dry interior of the Maule region, specifically in Pencahue: a privileged area in south-central Chile whose climate and soil characteristics are ideal for growing olive trees.
Climates and Soils
The Mediterranean climate features mild, rainy winters and dry summers. The soils are granitic and of moderate fertility. These conditions allow for well-developed and balanced plants, resulting in optimal fruit ripening and the production of high-quality oil rich in phenolic compounds and with outstanding aromas.

Farming
We use sustainable production systems in harmony with the environment, using precision planting, irrigation and management technologies that guarantee the optimal development of our olive trees.
Plant Nursery
To ensure quality from the source, we cultivate our olive trees in our own nursery. This allows us to:
- Total control over the genetic and sanitary quality of each variety.
- Reproduction of species specially adapted to the climate of the interior drylands: Arbequina, Picual and Frantoio.
- Stronger, healthier, and more productive trees from their earliest stages.
- Flexibility to renew or expand plantations according to agricultural needs.
- Consistency assured in the quality of our oil.
