MANUFACTURING PROCESS


Reception
We guarantee quality by verifying that the olives are healthy and have not been stored for longer than recommended.

Cleaning and Washing
Leaves and twigs that come from the field are removed by wind, and the olives are subjected to a jet of water for cleaning.



Grinding
In this process, a homogeneous paste is generated using hammer mills.

Thermo-beating
The olive paste is received in stainless steel mixers, where it is kneaded for better oil extraction.



Oil Extraction
The olive paste is centrifuged in a decanter to separate the solid and liquid components, thus separating the oil.
The resulting oil is then clarified with a second centrifugation process.

Storage
Our oil rests in stainless steel tanks in a temperature-controlled room.



Packing
Oil that has been at rest can be packaged in the formats required by customers, either bottled or in bulk.
