It adapts very well to the conditions of our soil, with a low level of bitterness and spiciness, making it accessible to all types of consumers.

Picual

Picual is a variety of Spanish origin, appreciated for its robust flavor and high antioxidant content.

Characteristics:

This oil offers an intense green fruitiness, with herbaceous notes and a touch of spice, and a high oleic acid content, making it very stable and suitable for preservation.
In our vineyard, it stands out for its intensity and complexity, with a perfect balance between bitterness and spiciness.

frantoio

Frantoio is an Italian grape variety, renowned for its elegant and fruity profile. Traditionally associated with haute cuisine, it boasts complex aromas, sensory balance, and a high antioxidant content.

Characteristics:

An oil with an intense fruity flavor and a hint of fresh herbs, very smooth with a slight bitterness and a gradual peppery finish.
It stands out for its versatility in the kitchen, ideal for dressings and Italian dishes.

favolosa

It’s a new variety of Italian origin, with an excellent organoleptic profile.
It belongs to the new generation and has a bright future in the olive oil sector due to its high quality.

Characteristics:

It offers a medium-high fruitiness with notes of grass, green apple, tomato, and artichoke, and an excellent balance between bitterness and spiciness.
Ideal for enjoying on its own and pairing with other dishes. Perfect for use with raw foods, carpaccio, and aged cheeses. Also very suitable for frying.
